Registration is by invitation-only to a select group of company executives, founders, investors and healthcare innovators. Registration for the 2027 Convergence Forum, May 6 - 7th, is open. The early registration rate is $2550. Passcode from conference organizers is required for registration.
By registering for the Convergence Forum you abide to the conference’s Code of Conduct.
The registration fee for the Convergence Forum is non-refundable. If a participant needs to cancel attendance, the participant may transfer their registration to a colleague as long as that colleague meets the target audience requirements of the conference. If the conference is unable to be held due to government regulations or travel restrictions at the time of the event, all registrations will automatically be moved to a rescheduled date and each participant will be notified.
